We are hosting a new event, and we’d love to see you there!

JOIN US FOR Ora's Prayer Room, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the ST. JOSEPH ROOM at Saint Benedict Parish.

No registration required.

The Prayer Room is a new Ora initiative designed to offer women a peaceful and prayerful space to rest in God’s presence through worship, prayer, and reflection on Scripture. This evening will be a sacred time to:
- Rest your heart in worship
- Reflect quietly on God’s Word
- Pray together
Whether you come seeking renewal, stillness, or deeper intimacy with God, you are welcome here!

AdOra is an hour-long Guided Adoration focused on the readings for the coming Sunday and written reflections on those readings. The hour offers opportunities for adorers to pause, pray and reflect, so that we might clear space for the Divine to quicken in our hearts and reveal to us our true identity in Jesus Christ.
AdOra will take place on Thursday evenings, between 7pm and 8pm, in the main body of the church at Saint Benedict Parish on the following dates:
Thursday, 17 September 2026;
Thursday, 17 December 2026; and
Thursday, 18 March 2027

AdOra is a pilot led by Ora Women’s Ministry, which was founded in 2018 by women of Saint Benedict Parish and has since grown into a faith-filled community of women from around the world. In the Spring of 2027, Ora will reconvene to ask the Lord whether AdOra has borne fruit and whether we should continue it for another year. To that end, we welcome your feedback at [email protected].

Women who seek Him are Gathering At The Well. These gatherings are opportunities to encounter Christ through community. Ora women organize a GATW every few months to eat, share, pray, laugh, cry, and worship together.

The gatherings are free of charge and offer a time to listen to a relevant talk, share our experiences in small groups, pray together, and praise God through song.

"The wonder of prayer is revealed beside the well where we come seeking water: there, Christ comes to meet every human being. It is he who first seeks us and asks us for a drink. Jesus thirsts; his asking arises from the depths of God's desire for us. Whether we realize it or not, prayer is the encounter of God's thirst with ours. God thirsts that we may thirst for him.” (CCC 2560)

Registration coming soon for the November 14th Gathering At The Well
